We both probably need a clue to the idol. I'll let you know what names I've picked later when I do it, so we don't repeat.

Shouldn't we share with the other 2 in our alliance as well so all 4 of us can try and win idol clues?

I'm actually having a hard time trying to find a list of players who have played idols.. Just a list of people who have found them

damn there's 39 players that have played an idol, we should have sent 10 different names from all 4 of us so at least we didn't choose the same names.

Ah crap, I thought I posted the list here. Sorry. But yeah, we should've all sent different but everyone seemed kind of unmotivated.

I just went with the obvious. People rarely pick the obvious.

Same tribe, Shelby is with us, so we have a 3 vs 3 - which we can work with. The downside is we have their 2 inactives, dnashobviously and Pancake. But we also have one of their strongest players, ID.

Aaron is probably screwed, though.

I have 2 idol clues but they're both the same thing. did you get one?

Yeah, I got one from this last challenge... Adam will post a phrase, if you're the first to respond you get the idol. How did you get 2?

I asked Adam if we could give an idol to Aaron/someone on the other tribe, and this is what he said:

"you could slip it to someone during a challenge. just pm you're handing it over and that person would also need to pm an acknowledgement of receiving the idol."

If you have 2 available, and I have 1, we potentially could get 3 idols between us. Hopefully Aaron got a clue and can get one, too - so we still have ours. So I wouldn't mention that to him yet, giving him reason to claim he didn't get the clue. But if he didn't get the clue/doesn't have an idol, if we get one we could slip it to him so he'd be safe/someone else on his tribe would go (and without any inactives on their tribe, that's likely to fracture them).

Only one idol is given per round though. It goes to the first person to PM him once the word is posted.

Yeah, but each clue can get an immunity idol. So we couldn't get them all at the same time, but over 3 rounds if we're fast enough. Or over 4 or 5 rounds if we go for them more strategically.

My PM went through 6 seconds after Adam's post, if someone is faster than that they are speed freaks!

Really? That's odd.

He'd be more of an asset in challenges. But either way, whichever we get out we'll have a majority, so we could technically afford to lose 2 more. Idols may be an issue though.

Pancake is a non-vote anyway so keeping her in the game wouldn't hurt us. ID is a vote with them unless we can sway him - if we could sway him, he'd be an asset. There are pros and cons to both.

okay, well i am down either way. im willing to gamble and take out ID but then we will basically be targets the rest of the game

Yeah. If we go for ID, we lose any chance of him maybe working with us, if Pancake goes and he stays. That's the other problem.

I just heard from Dillon. He's sucking up, as you'd expect. But he does make a good point that - like you said, he was MIA for the earlier part of the game. I wouldn't trust him too much, but if we could get to the merge with him and have him flip in our favor one or two votes, it could help us a lot.

No, didn't try for it - too much of a rushed moment. I'm gonna try tonight, though. I'm guessing most people either tried already or will wait for the merge, so I hope I have a good shot.
