Pearce Tribal Council 2
Welcome back Pearce Tribe. We'll now bring in our jury: Aaron, voted out at the previous Tribal Council.
The last vote was nearly unanimous. Clearly a common enemy was agreed upon and everyone was willing to vote together. Will tonight be the same or will there be more division in the vote?
dnash, you said you felt in the middle of the bigger groups. How important do you feel winning immunity was for you?
There has to be a lot of chatter about idols and how to flush them and how to avoid getting eliminated because your target has one. When dealing with idols at this stage of the game, how many backup and alternate plans do you need to consider?
With all that extra strategy, how do you keep straight what the actual plan is and what is just nonsense to try to fake out your target?
Milli, after winning the first immunity and getting targeted a bit during the challenge, do you feel you could be the target of the vote tonight as well?
DAYMAN, you had an early lead during the challenge. You've also been a strong challenge competitor throughout the game. A lot of times the strongest challenge threats get knocked out quickly post-merge. Are you secure enough in your relationships and alliances to feel safe?
Ryan and Spooky, you've missed the last couple challenges. What argument do you have to keep you in the game versus others who might be seen as more competitive and "deserving" to keep around?
If nobody else has anything to add. It is time to vote. Same rules apply. You have until 6pm Wednesday to vote. Also, if it hasn't been stated before, you can't change your vote.

I'm very competitive. I think me winning immunity was as important as any original Cohen winning immunity.

Regarding idol play- It has been asked about the defensive use of an idol, so I will allow the following:
You can say that you want to use an idol based on idol plays by other people.
Examples:
If anyone else plays an idol, I will play my idol.
If Zac plays an idol, I will play my idol.
If someone plays an idol on Aaron, I will play my idol on ID.
You must say exactly who would need to play one in order for you to play yours. So don't just say "If a Brady plays theirs, I will play mine."
This means that no matter what if the other person plays an idol, you will play your idol.
Same with votes, you can't change your mind. Once you post you're using it, you use it.
Remember you need to post you want to use an idol in your confessional before the voting deadline.

I think this is a very smart group and I wouldn't be surprised to see the vote go either way, whether it be close or nearly unanimous again.

Yeah, idols are always an added nuisance in the game. You have to consider the risk of being idol'd out of the game if you make the wrong choice of who to target.
With all that extra strategy, how do you keep straight what the actual plan is and what is just nonsense to try to fake out your target?
I think it's all about trusting your gut. You just have to trust yourself to see through what's idol paranoia and what is the truth.

Well I work in customer service so these few days after Christmas have been the busiest time of year for me at work, so I've been working long hours, which is why I've been absent at the challenges. I'm always here when I get off work to discuss the vote though, so I'm not totally useless. Honestly, not being a strong competitor in the challenges post-merge is a strong suit because that's one extra person someone who is good in challenges has to compete against.

Adam, I'm starting to think you want me out since you always tell everyone I'm so good at challenges. I have yet to win anything that wasn't luck based or part of a team, so obviously some other people are good at them too. I feel secure enough in continuing to trust my allies for this vote yes.

I mean, I think one of the biggest reasons I was targeted was that I won the first individual immunity challenge. I think taking out people that are perceived to be threats can certainly be a guide in how people vote, so no, I wouldn't be surprised if some bullets head my way tonight.
